Founder's Message
Welcome to Nationwide Community Outreach, Inc. Founded in 2016 by James E. Bowman Jr., a dedicated community leader, astute businessman, devoted husband, and father, NWCO has emerged as a beacon of hope and opportunity for individuals across the nation. James E. Bowman Jr. envisioned NWCO as a platform to provide education, media, youth activities, and enrichment workshops for inner-city youths, with a mission to uplift and empower the next generation. Over the years, NWCO has evolved and expanded its scope to address pressing societal needs, including the development of youth after-school programs, support for single mothers, and rehabilitation programs for the formerly incarcerated. Driven by a commitment to creating meaningful change and fostering economic empowerment, NWCO’s funding plan revolves around securing Federal Government Contracts as the primary revenue source. Operating as a for-profit entity enables us to not only sustain our initiatives but also to hire individuals in communities nationwide, thereby stimulating economic growth and opportunity at the grassroots level.
